David Tran

Cypress Campus Pastor
Pastor David grew up in the Houston Vietnamese community where his parents pastored a local church. He graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a Bachelors in Pastoral Ministries and has a heart to connect with people of all backgrounds. His greatest joy is seeing people discover and move in their God-given purpose.

Perla Gomez

Worship Arts Director
Perla Gomez is born and raised in Houston, TX. After high school, she attended a ministry program at Instituto CanZion Houston. She has a heart to create worship experiences that inspire people to connect deeply with God. She also loves walking alongside others in life, fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth. When she’s not leading or serving, Perla enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Andres Gomez, and their two sons.
